It was the best of Patong hotels I visited before. Staff was quick to help, everyone so personable. The location was COSY, very central.

It deserves its 4 stars. The hotel was awesome and tailor-made for a family. Near the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. It's minutes away from Nicky's Handlebar with nice drinks and cocktails.
